Medical Assistance Services

• Emergency Medical Transportation Assistance - If you suffer an injury or illness that requires medical treatment or hospitalization, TGCS will coordinate and arrange emergency medical transportation to the nearest, most appropriate medical facility.  Once the customer is stabilized, TGCS coordinates his/her return to a hospital near their home.

Limitations/Exclusions:

AIG Travel Assist provides traveler assistance through coordination, negotiation, and consultation using an extensive network of worldwide partners.  Expenses for goods and services provided by third parties, such as travel and medical expenses, are the responsibility of the traveler.

Members have access to discounts on most FDA-approved prescription drugs. This four-tiered plan is designed to save the member money on all their prescription drug costs at over 53,000 pharmacies throughout the United States*.

This program has four tiers: Tiers 1, 2 and 3 include all brand and generic drugs that have a maximum allowable cost of up to $40. Tier 4 consists of all brand and generic drugs above $40.

Tier 1 - $10 or less                    Tier 2 - $20 or less

            Tier 3 - $40 or less                    Tier 4 - over $40

How to Access Discounts

Members present the discount card to the pharmacist at one of the nearly 53,000 participating pharmacies. The pharmacist will enter the member information (as provided on the card) into the system and the discount will be automatically calculated and applied to the transaction.

The Pharmacy Web Tools are available online.

These tools will enable members to:

• Locate participating pharmacies anywhere in the country.
• Find retail pharmacy prescription drug pricing.
• Identify and price equivalent alternative drugs that may have deeper discounts.
• Receive mail-order prescription drug pricing.

1. Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants or cost of gasoline, cost of installation of products, material, and additional labor relating to towing. Any service covered under valid manufacturer's warranty. 2) Non-emergency mounting or removing of any tires, snow tires, or chains. Tire Repair. Any and all taxes, or fines. Damage or disablement due to collision, fire, or vandalism. 3) Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage or repair shop. Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed. Services for vehicles weighing over 1-ton. Services for commercial vehicles and fleet vehicles. Non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service. Impound towing or towing by other than an authorized service provider, except as noted below; vehicle storage charges; a second tow. Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law. 4.)Coverage shall not be provided in the event of emergencies resulting from the use of intoxicants or narcotics, or the use of the Covered Vehicle(s) in the commission of a felony. 5) Repeated service calls for a covered Vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. Only one disablement for the same cause during any seven-day period will be accepted. Reimbursement for accident towing and services secured through any other source.
